Do you deliver throughout Ghana?
Yes. We provide free delivery across Ghana.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

What payment method do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay when your order arrives.

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only when the product remains unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Contact us before returning any item.

Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Our products include a one-year limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow product instructions is not covered.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number may be provided after dispatch. Enter the number on the Speedaf tracking website.

Do you support local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup can be arranged in advance through our customer service team.

Do you offer wholesale purchasing?
Yes. Wholesale orders are supported. Contact us by WhatsApp or email for product availability, quantities and pricing.
